The Inn at Dromoland

Quite dated, NO air conditioning and it was hot, and poor wi/fi. Asked for a fan and was told they were all gone. It was easier to make excuses than actually help! In the middle of nowhere.

Staff were brilliant so friendly. Also loved that they had room options for larger families.

Carpet in rooms has a lot of wear and tear and you could hear people clearly walking past the room

Spacious room, lovely pool facilities and the food was excellent for both breakfast and in the bar. Excellent, friendly staff.

The soft play and pool are not open early enough when you’re catering for guests with small children who get up at 6am - perhaps putting aside another space inside the hotel as a play / recreation area would help with this. Conditioner in the bathrooms would be helpful.

Beautiful location, beautiful hotel, and hardworking friendly staff. But, the first two nights dinners were lovely, great food, well cooked and well presented. The second two nights were less enjoyable. The restaurant staff were amazing, working hard to serve everyone but the meals came out really late, the food was cold and my fish was partly raw. I didn't want to complain to the already busy staff so I didn't eat my dinner. Very disappointing from such a nice hotel. The teams of bar, restaurant, cleaning and reception staff did their best but it really was very disappointing. Breakfast on Friday was also not of the standard of the other days. There was no soda bread because "the chef didn't make any" i was told by a member of staff.
