"Lovely hotel right on the motorway."

Nice staff and spacious room. The leisure centre is very modern and well kept.

A little more choice at breakfast would have been nice. Tea/coffee station was not easy to use.

"Basic stay"

Location- close to Ennis town and Bunratty castle. A lot of family spaces and room size was good. Reception staff very friendly Kids enjoyed soft play and outdoor areas.

Pool was cold, old and felt dirty. Food was below average and over priced Bar staff friendly but looked under staffed and stressed.

"Excellent Location, Refurbishments Successful"

We stayed for one night on Monday on a golf trip. Highly recommend. The hotel has been refurbished and much improved from last year. Our room was spacious, two firm double beds, with a newly installed , fine bathroom. Long corridors but tranquil at night. Expect more families in Summer. The staff were well dressed, courteous and professional. There were no delays in service even though a bus tour and a number golf tours were in the hotel. Breakfast very good but please include brown bread. The supervised swimming and fitness area was clean with good options. A fine pool, thermal and cool waters were relaxing. The hotel is located beside the vast and remarkably stunning Dromoland Castle estate. Our second visit and this hotel is much improved. We will return to the Rine to tour County Clare, Cliffs of Moher, The Burren, Doolin and Lahinch Beach. Well done.
