Nothing it’s horrible

The first room they gave us smelled really bad, the second room the changed us to smelled worse, and both rooms had like grease in the tables, the girl in the lobby said that’s what they had, take it or leave it.

An attempt to charge my card happened four different times while I was not present and already paid for the stay. When I asked the front desk, they said they didnt know what happened. Three of the transactions I had already paid in the Booking.com app so there was no need to even attempt to charge my card again and one i paid in cash. I felt like someone physically was attempting my card so I put lock on it. I also informed the front desk lady of the outlet that burned out and not having ac for the past two days no one came to my room. I asked the front desk to come to my room so they can look and see they never came to my room. I was also refused or told I would be denied accommodation for 08/08 at 10:57pm on 08/07 and when I asked for a manger I was refused.

Room is smelly & aircon is not cold. No tissue box nor body wash in bathroom. We were given 1 soap bar & 2 small shampoo packets. The room has ants around study table & bathroom.

The room i was given on the ground floor was dirty with mods on the cotton window and the room was smelling of wetness and i had to complain before my room was changed.
