When I went to check in they swiped my card then told me about $450 in fees they were going to charge me for the stay! A large deposit for myself then $150 a day for my pets. None of which was advertised on their listing with you! I chose not the pay these fees and told them I wasn’t going to stay there for all those fees and they refused to reimburse me for the room charge for 2 nights that was less than all the fees! Their manager stated that they would possibly reimburse in 3-5 working days but I have yet to get the funds. I bought insurance for this stay as well.

We stayed 4 nights. They did offer micro Muffins, but I only saw them twice—otherwise, not even a trace of proof. On the 2nd night, my vehicle was broken into. Our room was too far the hear the alarm. But strangely, no one from the lobby heard it either. When I wrote to them, they simply told me that you park at your own risk. Maybe legally correct, but unfair for the guests. No security of any kind. I called the Houston Police, after waiting to over six hours (called twice to check) they finally called and told me "Sorry, no one is available." You have to come to the station yourself. I happened to attend a gathering within 3 miles of this location, they had 2 vehicle break-ins at around 9:30 pm.

Didn't like the fact that there were roaches, ants, the hallway was super hot, the pool was dirty so no swimming and the elevator was not working and only rooms available were on the 3rd floor

The elevator was not working and the stairway was really hot. Also, the only things available for breakfast were yogurt and apples. The furniture in room was in bad shape, broken tile pieces, and the pool stayed dirty.

In our original room the coffee maker didn't work, the iron didn't work, the chair and desk were falling apart. We went down for breakfast the first morning around 9am (its from 7-10am on wknds) only to find a sign that they ran out. Later that afternoon We went to a family function came back around midnight to find roaches in the room and on the bed. My husband spoke with the front desk and showed him video proof of the roaches and they attempted to switch our room to the room next door only to find roaches eggs in the drawers (both my husband and the staff member were present) they gave us another room on the 2nd floor (mind you it was now almost 2am my toddler miserable and my myself 6months pregnant exhuasted going up and down flights of stairs) The elevator didn't work the entire time we were there and our original room was on the 3rd floor and 2nd room was on the 2nd floor. My husband went down to get our baby breakfast earlier this time 8am (breakfast was 7-10am) only to find the same sign that they had already ran out. The next morning we were checking out, getting on the road to leave woke up early to beat traffic and just out of curiosity checked the breakfast center down stairs to see if they "ran out" this was at 7:30am and guess what.....same sign remained they ran out.....they should just be honest and say they won't serve breakfast 😑 hahaha. A staff member admitted that they did have a problem with roaches but sprayed due to client complaints ....well guess you might want to use a better company because you will have roaches!!!!!!! We were not given a refund or offered any accommodations just a simple nonchalant apology. Also keep in mind that they hold a 100 refundable deposit for incidentals so make sure to take photos of your room. (All of this traspiried under new ownership, so dont be fooled. Do yourself a favor spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else.
