Melasti Kuta Beach Hotel and Spa

Location was great, bed was comfortable and shower worked well. Wayan Sudar was an outstanding staff member that others could learn from. Very tired run down property that I would never stay at again. My son had food poisoning from the buffet breakfast that the manager passed off as a "bug" that didn't affect me!?!

Ripped off by staff. Booked for 5 people and paid for 5 people but only given 4 beds then they made us pay for extra bed. Rude staff. Very dirty and run down. Thank goodness we were only staying 1 nights. Never again

This place has got a bit old and tired. They have done some small things such as inbuilt power adapters. The pool is fantastic but they need to buy some more pool towels as they don't have enough. The wi-fi works ok, but in the rooms not great.

Great pool and unbeatable location. But WiFi is very poor and chrvkbin staff are not nice or welcoming

Close to everything, easy to go anywhere. Shops, airport and beach are walking distance only

We had booked for 2 rooms , however the main head shower in one of the bathrooms was missing. Additionally , the supervisor at the hotel associated with melasti Kuta , was unreasonably rude . It was quite ridiculous since we were traveling with kids , we had to warm up some baby food , the lady told us to pay up for even warming up our food. That’s really insane . To top it all, we found hair in chicken sausage served in buffet and plastic piece in the jam-bread served in the buffet . All of which were bought to the notice of the supervisor at the hotel associated with melasti ...in return we never even heard back an apology . I must say they need to buckle up on their customer service and delight .Overall an just an average experience.

they took our towels and wouldn't give us new ones so I always had to ask for new ones!

When this place was built it was probably the finest in town. Beautiful floors and stone work. But now its a disaster. It needs massive TLC. The walls have broken plaster and paint is bad. Luckily i didnt pay much to stay there. You get what you pay for. They seem to have lots of staff wondering around. They should use some of their time to paint. Location isnt bad. People at front desk were very nice. I wont come back a second time.
