Melasti Kuta Beach Hotel and Spa

Me and my husband chose the hotel for our honeymoon because of the pictures that’s shown on the web and its distance to the beach. When we reached there, the room floor and bathroom were quite dirty and some part of the wall had mold on them. Keep in mind that we had the standard room. The hotel reception were helpful when we requested to upgrade the room. They showed us the room prior to moving which seems better in comparison to the previous room. Once we moved there, we didn’t realise the shower was leaking untill the next day. Being tired from all the travel, we just couldn’t be bothered to move again. Everytime we showered the bathroom floor is just flooded with water. One day before our checkout time, without prior notice from the hotel they had renovation in the morning which caused a lot of noise. We couldn’t rest properly and the renovation had cause our toilet bowl filled with dirt. It also cause our bathroom not to have any running water. When we complained to the reception, they did not explain what was happening. When we started to have water, there was barely any water to shower untill the day of our check out time. Their laundry system is a bit weird. It is stated on the laundry paper for regular service we are supposed to receive our clothes back on the next morning if it submitted before 10 am. However, everytime we put our clothes to be washed, they never return it the next morning. I have to chase the hotel asking them where is our clothes.

Stay was very nice all excellent only problem air conditioner not icy cold but was fine for me. Had I have been with my family it would have been too warm for them. Certainly wouldn't stop me from returning there. Excellent location.

We were never going to stay in Kuta and after many emails and phone calls to Expedia to confirm our reservation at Melasti Legion we arrived at Melasti Resort in Legion l, we had to pay more money fora happy Ne room unit where one of us had to sleep on a camping bed and NOT the two bedroom "Superior Room" we were promised. None of us 3 days leer Ladies will ever again recommend your company

Excellant location in the middle of Kuta. Lovely big room with breakfast. Recommend this budget hotel.

Our stay was great, except the beds are like a slab of rock, and there was constantly no hot water, which would be rectify each day after I mentioned it to staff. I would stay again, totally central to everything.

Some hotels seem to be run down through a lack of maintenance, the building it's self is very good .

Cheap and cheerful, The hotel is a little tired but the staff are top value. The location is outstanding in terms of access to Kuta shopping and entertainment. Thanks to Agung and the staff for their service and friendliness. A hiccup with baggage, the hotel is for the reasonably fit with one or two rooms reasonable for the mobility challenged. WiFi a little erratic; but that is Kuta I would not hesitate to stay again.

Rooms are very old and poorly maintained staff are excellent and try but facilities are in dire state. Bathrooms are disaster as is hot water and bedding is tired. Rejected first room as was a complete mess Second room was better but definitely not worth your rating.

Hotel rooms need an upgrade, no water pressure at all, so couldn’t use shower, air con very noisy. However we love love the restaurant. Ate in there every night! So cheap! And the staff go above and beyond to help.
