Standing Hôtel Suites by Actisource

Large room/suite, very clean, very good value. A bit difficult to contact them from airport for shuttle.

The floor was dirty, and the TV did not work.

We booked the executive suite back in March 2025 but when arrived were told the room was unavailable and there must have been an issue when I booked. Very difficult to do as it shows up as sold out on Expedia thereby impossible to book in that case. The reception associate told me we could have 2 separate rooms instead. I was travelling with my spouse and didn’t want to sleep in a separate hotel room. So we ended up with a standard room which cost half as much. There was no compensation offered (except for an extra hotel room) and was not happy with that outcome. When we had an issue with a room key and went to the desk to fix the gentleman at least offered us a breakfast. Standard rooms are fine, but don’t book the executive at twice the rate as they obviously can double book them and no financial recourse if they do.

The room was nice and spacious. Fairly clean but no hand towel and kleenex box was empty.

Handy location for access to an early morning flight from CDG airport. Really appreciated the shuttle pick up on arrival from the train, clear instructions really helped. Hotel is a bit tired. Roissy itself is a cute little town to pass a last day in France. Nearby tourist information centre is very helpful!

Difficulty getting any extras: towel, pillow. No remote in room. Driver dropped us off at wrong terminal and we had to find our way to correct one. He couldn’t take us because he had to ‘pick someone else up’.

AC was not available, on request we go a small fan. stay was good, clean rooms. we were charged for AC rooms and same was not given.

The property is very run down. The hallways need painting and new carpet. The room didn’t have tissue, only two bath towels (no hand towels or face cloths), the safe didn’t work ( apparently none of the safes in any of the rooms work). I would never have booked this hotel if I saw it first. We actually tried to move to another hotel but nothing was available.

The rooms are quite large. Breakfast is ample although it doesn’t have a huge selection. Our tour group was quite large and many of the guests reported that their air conditioning was not working. The rooms and public areas were quite hot. Each room has a kitchen however it doesn’t include any plates, utensils or cooking items. I was told you could request them from reception with a security payment. The restaurant strip nearby has many fine restaurants. There is also a large shopping centre only a five minute drive away. The location is quite suitable for a short stay when flying in and out of Charles DeGaulle airport. If the air conditioning could be fixed, we would stay there again.

The free shuttles were all booked by the time we got to the hotel so we had to pay for an Uber.
