Friendly staff. Good sized appartment

Not what we expected… we appreciated the shuttle from the airport. Our suite is spacious but not comfortable. The AC is terrible and I’m up at 5am typing this because it’s too hot and sweaty to sleep. Can’t open windows to get fresh air. Can’t cover a window in each room because the blinds are broken. Only provided 2 bath towels for 4 people. Asked for more and they gave us paper towels. Only a small sad pillow per person. Not the most clean. One bathroom is open to the master w a big glass window no privacy . Basics in mini kitchen lacking. Biggest issue was poor AC quality and inability to sleep due to hot stuffy rooms. No rooms available for us to switch. Won’t book here again.

The breakfast was good. The ac didn’t work well. The manager arranged a taxi for us because our group had too many people for the shuttle. Room was large, but facility seemed run down. Very close to airport.

First, the room is huge. The size is very comfortable. However, this property clearly needs some renovation. Walls are scuffed, elevator had a piece of wood missing on the wall. The sofa in our room was ripped. While the food was good in the restaurant, it took over an hour to receive our order.

It was old. Tub was dirty. Very limited amenities. In addition the rate dropped drastically but because i booked months ago cost me more.

The hotel staff I encountered were welcoming and friendly. However, the rooms are in need of renovations. There was no chain or any way to secure the door from the inside. The A/C is not working properly. There is no way to control it. I tried several things and it stayed the same and I was hot all night. The black out curtain is torn and not functioning. There is no tissue paper in the dispesner and no soap in the shower dispenser.

The hotel was a great deal and the location is great. The shuttle was easy to use and on time, very convenient if going to airport. The only issue my air-conditioning was not really working. Would stay again.

Kind reception with shuttle to the airport. Short walk to local village with restaurants. Very happy with stay here.
