Rooms were nice but in one of the 2 rooms that we reserved the a/c was not working. Hotel could not fix it. When we asked for some discount for our discomfort they refused to give any discount on the current reservation but offered 50% discount for a future reservation.

Amazing

The good thing about this hotel was the location. Close to Aeroville mall and the airport. It is $10 extra to park here outside. You have to contact the front desk to get in amd out of the parking lot so that was very inconvenient. We booked this hotel for its amenities, but it does not have functioning air conditioning at all! A tech came to our room finally after me going down to ask twice at reception, the filter was full.of dirt and no maintenance had been done on anything in this room. Most things were not restocked like kleenex or seat covers. It was just bare minimum effort done you could tell when we walked in the room. Needless to say it was not an enjoyable night the room never cooled down and it was plus 30 outside and the windows could not even be opened for relief. The curtains do not even fit the windows so hot sun comes blasting through the window pane as well. All in all hot as hell in our room. Didnot get much sleep before flight home the next day.

I have stayed here before, and the location, price, and rooms are very suitable for an overnight before an early flight from CDG. Service is excellent. The only issue we had this time was with temperature - our rooms were a bit too warm, and there seemed to be no way to fix this. According to the front desk, the thermostats in the room are no longer in use, and the temperature is controlled remotely, which limited what they could do. We were there on a moderately hot day, and our rooms and windows were on the sunny side of the building; I would be worried if we stayed during a heat-wave. Perhaps a room on the shady side of the building would be better.

Basically they lied about having A/C. It was so hot in the rooms and they turned iff the A/C in the hall ways also. Had to but them just to get a fan. False advertising that they have A/C that works in the rooms. We had two rooms with niether a/c and we booked specifically because of A/C advertising. Saw others complain also. Not as advertised felt very mislead. Reminded me of how a used car salesman tells you one thing then does another. We left another hotel whosaid their a/c was out to come to this hotel who claimed to have A/c. I even specifically mentioned that at check in. Asked fir a room with good A/C. His response was I hope. Which I interpreted as we aren't getting any. Felt scammed out of our money

For over night to wait for get on air plant, this is a perfect choice. Large room, has everything you need. And has shuttule to aieport.

A bit tired but perfectly ok

Worst hotel we have stayed in for years. Room was like an oven and temperature control was only available to the management via computer program. Kitchen with no dishes or anything else. One small thin towel each, no hand towel or wash cloth. Shuttle driver dropped us off at the wrong terminal and had to shlep luggage forever. I wanted to change hotels and the desk clerk told me he couldn't cancel my credit card payment that he just took. Yikes!
