La piscine est chauffée La Literie est neuve L’appartement est spacieux Excellent rapport qualité prix Personnels agréables Ascenseur Belle terrasse A quelques minutes de La Rochelle et de l’île de Ré en voiture.

Ménage moyen à notre arrivé Manque rangement et aucune penderie Luminaires à revoir (encombrants et pas pratiques) Joints et flexibles de douche à remplacer Oreillers vieillissants Climatisation en panne Le Check out est un parcours du combattant (accueil puis état des lieux puis retour à la réception) Je recommande malgré tout cette résidence de vacances qui a un excellent rapport qualité prix et qui est idéalement situé si on dispose d’un véhicule.

Très proche du port de la Rochelle près du centre ville de Lagord et des sites tels que le marais poitevin, l île de Ré, fort Boyard, La Tremblade... Emplacement de l appartement près de la piscine, éclairage automatique la nuit très sécurisant lors de retours tardifs, parking souterrain à disposition. Cuisine équipée (plaque, four micro onde, cafetière, bouilloire, frigo, lave vaisselle) fort appréciée. Literie confortable.

L'appartement mériterait une petite rénovation au niveau des peintures. (Murs tachés et quelques toiles d araignées... )

les jeux pour enfants fermés, ascenseur en panne, absence de distributeur de boisson et de produits alimentaire de dépannage, le prix du petit déjeuner, la cour en gravier surplombant le parking sous-terrain est le gros point noir, il faut végétaliser et fleurir pour rendre cette espace agréable, convivial, mettre des arbres pour masquer les vis à vis...

Je cherche encore les trois étoiles que je n'ai pas trouvé dans cet hôtel, photos pas d'actualités, vieux et vétuste. Je n'aurai jamais pris cet hôtel, mais réservation par internet et paiement d'avance donc obligé de rester. Les seuls+ de ce lieux le parking souterrain gratuit, la piscine et le nom de l'hôtel qui laissait rêver un peu mais qui ne correspond pas du tout au lieux.
