Club Wyndham Bali Hai Villas

All good.

Clean and spacious condo rooms. Full bed and baths and a hot tub bath in one which I used just about everyday. Air conditioning worked well and was needed on the 85-90° days and no extra charge. Staff was lovely and they even have a text service to get ahold of them when needed which I used. Make sure you have a rental car booked when you make a reservation as if you get checked in past 6 or 7 the food trucks on the property will be gone and trying to find a lyft/Uber was impossible. Only option was cab rides which was ok but far more expensive. Would come again if ever in Princeville, Kauai but location is roughly 20-30 minutes on a 2 lane highway from a lot more shops and it would've been more convenient to be closer to town life some days to get supplies.

I stayed at Bali Hai Villas in a 2-bedroom unit for 7 nights. The unit was completely updated, and the air-conditioning was a welcome feature. My only complaint is that the TV system did not work properly, and I was unable to find the shows I wanted at night. Many times the TV did not respond to commands from the remove control but did operate otherwise. I phoned the front desk on 3 different days because the problem was recurring after being corrected, and the technicians visited me to try to resolve the problem. The TVs are not Smart-style, which also did not help matters.

Checked in; got to the room and no AC. Called front desk and was told AC is not included with the room rate. They charge an additional $20 a day for Air Conditioner. They nickel and dime you for everything.

Very nice staff. Great food trucks near the property. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Access to the pools and hot tub was easy and they were clean as well. The property is well maintained and is easy to navigate.

Friendly staff. Loved our stay. Would come back again.

We had a wonderful week in Kauai at Bali Hai Villas- the rooms were a great value for the size compared to the other resorts we’ve stayed at on our Hawaii trips. Our room had been recently remodeled and was very well appointed. Both of the pools were very nice and there were always plenty of lounge chairs and grills available for use when we needed them. The game room and activities were huge hits with our kids. And the best part was the location- only a few minutes from Hanalei, which is our favorite little town with the best beach and beautiful mountain backdrop. The only drawback was there was no restaurant onsite, but there were food truck options most days/times and there are so many other good restaurant options in Princeville and Hanalei that it didn’t really bother us. Overall this is a great resort and we will definitely be back in the future!

Its beautiful, very clean, love the 2 pools with spa on each, facilities are excellent! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Just love everything about it. Very well recommended and will definitely stay there again and will be longer!!!

First time in the island and Resourt stuff made it unforgettable. Friendly, willing to go out of their way to provide exceptional service. They provide a map, a list of things to do, food for KOI that they have in the Resourt’s pond. We enjoyed fresh brewed coffee available next from the desk. We also rented snorkeling gear, beach chairs and an umbrella at the SP hanalei trading right next to main pool. The gear was to take it to local beach. They have food trucks and ice cream trucks that visit property. We took advantage of that and save our self a couple of trips to restaurants or cook ourselves. Ice cream truck have some delicious pineapple ice cream. We all enjoyed and had a great time.
