Club Wyndham Bali Hai Villas

I don’t think there should be extra charges for AC. It should be included in the hotels fees but to make it an additional charge is silly- the rooms are uncomfortably hot without it so it isn’t really an “option” not to have it. Tacking it on instead of incorporating it just makes it feel like a sneaky resort fee.

We loved the Wyndham Bali Hai! Such a wonderful, central location for our needs. The rooms were clean and suited our family perfectly. Nice to have AC and also key to have a washer and dryer. Loved our balcony that was on the edge of the property with a peaceful, beautiful, jungly view. Would definitely return.

This Unit 1111 was too old with not clean furniture and out dated kitchen. The windows had molds . No room service . Toilet flash was not working properly and leaking all the time . The Toilet clogged and they had to plunge it. They gave us 3 times room keys wrong and had to go to fix it by Hana !! Very poor and terrible experience

Bali Hai resort Villas was very nice. We had a two bedroom unit that featured air conditioning, comfortable beds, full kitchen and the property was impressive. Another plus was the availability of food truck on site daily. We enjoyed the many options and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this location.

The property was clean and very well kept. The grounds of the resort were also very well maintained.

I love staying here. This is the nicest and most scenic place on the island. Club Wyndham Bali Hai villas is impeccable. The grounds are gorgeous. Everything is nice and well kept.

I made a reservation for two units for our first family vacation. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. On the first night, we discovered evidence of bed bugs in the pull-out bed. I immediately requested a room change. While the staff was responsive and moved us quickly, we had to relocate in the middle of the night with three kids and a baby, which was very stressful. In the second unit, the floor was dirty. When we asked the staff to clean it, they told us there was a vacuum in the room—despite the fact that the floor clearly needed to be mopped, not just vacuumed. A few days later, we tried to lower the temperature on the AC, and a strong smell of urine came from the vents. We were very disappointed, especially since this was our first vacation as a family. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your accommodations and cleaning standards. Liliana M.

BED BUGS!!! We had the absolute worst travel experience after discovering a bed bug infestation at the end of our stay. When we alerted management, he tried to say it was just sand fleas and attempted to downplay the situation. Worst hospitality experience we have ever had.

Great property! Great service! Check in was 2.5 hrs late and we were given a voucher to their food trucks for the delay. We had just come from the airport and it wasnt dinner time yet so we just hung around the town. We understand they’re busy but would’ve appreciated some headsup. No flexibility on the check out time though.

Our trip exceeded our expectations. The pictures don't adequately reflect how up to date and modern the facilities are! The place is in great shape and a great location! The Staff was super friendly and very helpful! The rooms had everything we needed and if we lacked, we asked, and the staff got it to us very fast. We'll definitely stay again!
