"To avoid, Mycontinental across the street a better option"

A big disappointment, has nothing to to with Ramada standards. I am trying to find a plus for this hotel and is very hard to find. Located in the center, a very little paid parking spot- 5 euro per day or promoted 10e/day in garage.On the other hand in front of the hotel, accros the street is a paid public parking- a day is around 2 euro. At the check in I was informed that for mini bar you have to go at the reception to buy what you need. WIFI available -no password needed.The room was a big disappointment: a lot of dust, no water, the sleepers- instead of 2 just one, for one leg. The bathroom not really clean. They offer complementary coffee and tea but no refill and no cleaning during your stay. I do not recommend.

Horrible!!! The air conditioning does not work, it is preset, it cannot be adjusted to a bearable temperature, so I had a nightmare night with an unbearable temperature. I just noticed that the majority of reviews are related to this aspect.Too bad about the position of the hotel, which is very close to the old center.

"Enttäuscht "

Das Hotel is zentral und gut gelegen. Leider hat es seine beste Zeit hinter sich. Das Zimmer und das Mobiliar ist verbraucht und abgenutzt das Licht der Minibar erhellt die gesamte Nacht das Zimmer der Abfluss im Badezimmer gluckert die ganze Nacht wenn jemand im Nebenzimmer die Toilette benutzt. Frühstücksbüffet war nach 9 Uhr bereits abgegrast und es wurde nichts neues nachgelegt. Also insgesamt nicht die erwarteten 4 Sterne wert, es verdient auch nicht den Namen Ramada. Schade Preis/Leistung passt nicht.

Mein Aufenthalt war den Umständen entsprechend gut bis sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Restaurant hat eine kleine aber feine Karte. Die Lage ist top, besonders zur jetzigen Coronazeit, wo man kurze Wege schätzt.

Nous voulons bien participer et revenir dans les hotels mais le service est déplorable, leur carte magnétique ne fonctionne pas donc problème partout, ascenseur et parking.Apres être allé 3 fois a la reception et me faire faire rabrouer.j ai compris et j ai demander pardon de la deranger et que je ne suis que client dans un 4*
