View was excellent , breakfast was decent. The staff was excellent . Very friendly and always ready to assist.

Less choice in Vegetarian food Staff needs to understand english better as communication was sometimes difficult

"Beautiful hotel but without adequate transportation to and from Luang Prabang town centre."

The property is beautiful and very well kept. The pool, the view on the Mekong, the staff, the room with a balcony overseeing the grounds, all were wonderful and very romantic.

The property is located quite a far distance from the town centre. This being so, the hotel could make transport to/ from the town centre much more frequent and easy. For example, the hotel could have a WhatsApp service through which guests could request a shuttle. The shuttle service ends far too early, at around 9pm, making it impractical if you wish to have dinner in town. There were also no bikes available, even if biking into town is a bit far.
