The check in went quite smoothly, the hotel was difficult to find. After arriving in the room the safe remained locked and it took 45 minutes before it was opened. The restaurant and bar were quite pricey which was a shame as in the general locality there were not many other options. On the plus side the food was really good and the waitress very pleasant. Breakfast was extensive and good. On check-out the experience drastically changed when it became evident perhaps that we were not the right sort of 'couple' with the duty manager being quite rude and dismissive. The hotel is beautiful and set in l9vely garden's with a nice mixture of families and couples. It is a real shame to feel we were not so welcome.

Easy check-in, great rooms, great food for lunch. Breakfast and dinner left room to be desired, would suggest going out. Be mindful of the distance from the Medina

Very rude reception in the middle of nowhere the only thing to do is lay around the pool have to buy food from. Them as there is no where to go shuttle service to the medina at 30 durams each

Nice hotel in residential area. Away from crowed city if you are looking to relax.

Miss Africa ... Attracted to Morocco .. Fell in Love with Marrakesh. The people are great even to Americans. Plan ahead of time for activities by communicating with hotel. Quiet and peaceful hotel. 15 mins from airport . Making prior arrangements for shuttle or taxi with hotel.

Staff were excellent and hotel is nice and quiet and clean

The hotel grounds and rooms were gorgeous, however the hotel lacked atmosphere, particularly in the restaurant and bars.

This was our second visit in three years. We tried the superior room this time and loved it! Loads of space and a wonderful shower! Staff all seem to be the same - which was a pleasant surprise. Food is - as usual - wonderful, and the grounds of this "house of olives"(trees) as verdant and well managed as always. This is a very relaxing hideaway that delivers peace and tranquility to the very highest standard of indulgence!

The staff are very friendly and the rooms clean and spacious but very basic. The hotel is not in an area in which you can walk around and is a taxi ride away from the city which is fairly costly. There is a nice pool and table tennis but not much else to do,

Charming hotel outside of Marrakech. We arrived on a very late flight and booked this as a place to sleep and shower before transferring to Asni. We were very surprised and absolutely loved our short stay. The best features were the lovely staff, especially the gentleman that welcomed us late at night, and the garden trampoline.
