Carpet needs replaced. Vinyl floors would be a great improvement. Walls in hallways look bad Landscaping is absolutely horrendous. Really needs cleaning up and it would look nice. Out f control growth in about every area.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke, carpets gross, offered another room and smelled slightly better but couch had rip in it and didnt feel clean. We left and went to a different hotel.
