The lady that checked us in was very nice

Hotel was disgusting. Furniture was tore stains all over the carpet bed bugs endures and on mattress. Ask for a refund after seeing how dirty the room was. But they would not give me a refund, so I had to go get another hotel room across the street.

Carpet was dirty in hall ways and in my room. I checked the air conditioning filters and they were very dirty. Someone had a can of food near the entrance for a cat everyday I was there.

Room dirty. Sheets had boot prints on it. Took down to front desk. Breakfast cold including eggs and sausage. Ran out of forks so I asked the attendant if they had anymore and you would have thought I ruined his whole day. I guess being on the phone was more important than checking utensils and food temperature. Pool was cold and had stuff floating on top. And lastly why would you put a smoking area at the front entrance of a building. People have to walk through that. Was not a very nice stay

Facilities were very dirty as if housekeeping wasn’t done

Country Inn and Suites needs a makeover. Staff was outstanding but the room - stained carpet, tattered curtains, decades old furniture, and bed comforter brown around the edges. Seems to be getting worse everywhere. And this from a diehard customer.

Great customer service

Friendly staff, comfortable bed and like the air conditioner, it had a constant fan option. Not most hotels that I been too have that.

Didn't seem very clean in the hot tub or shower.
