"Overall a nice stay but not sure if I would go back without some improvements"

Convenient location and excellent staff plus it was very cost effective.

The Ice Machine on two out of the three floors were out of order. There seem to be a lot of locals using as a place to party.

First dirty sheets and bed cover. Front desk took care of. Second cigarette smell in a non smoking room. Third smoking area outside front entrance. Why would you have a smoking area in the front where people walk in? And last cold breakfast. Eggs and sausage cold. Ran out of forks and when I asked the guy if they had any folks he acted like I was bothering him as he sat. Hotel is in need of major upgrades. Carpet dirty and flies.

This room was horrible. I can tell it hasn’t been deep cleaned since it was built. Mold on the curtains, carpet is smelly, and dirty. I used Clorox wipes on the bathroom. The pillows are old. I can’t believe they are still open and passing inspections
