Terrible bed, broken springs for sofa bed. Called the front desk & they promised someone will be coming to take a look. No one showed up !

Excellent value, perfect location, fantastic breakfast (Sam's the man !!) The furniture is a bit worn and could use some updating, but overall fantastic for our 12-night stay

Quick and easy checkin. Perfectly located to our concert.

Nothing. The place was disgusting. They tried to charge me when I checked in, even though I paid in advance through Expedia. I come to find out I have er paid by $80 by booking through this service. The room had a for to it. The plates in the cabinet were dirty. The couch had numerous stains on it. The wood around the mirror was moldy. And when I brought all of this to their attention at the front desk nothing was done about it.

Room was Unavailable due to Over booking.

First room the ac was not working. 2nd room they gave me smelled like cat piss. Just drove home to Philly. Horrible

I really enjoyed my stay here the staff was friendly and the location was perfect! I went to a concert at the pier 6 and it was only a 3 minute walk from the hotel! The only thing that left me dissatisfied was the fact that I got late check out however when I stepped out for a second my room was cleaned out and all my things were removed from the room it too over an hour for them to locate my property! Once again though the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I recently stayed there for the first time in June . This experience on July 3 was not the best . The young lady at the desk didn’t explain any options for dining , didnt offer water bottles like I received the first time . Also my total came to $179.00 which was more than I was originally told when I booked online . Once I got to the room we didn’t have an ice bucket and the ice machine was not working on the floor.
