The hotel had everything right there . Only thing I didn’t like the floor in the kitchen looked liked wallpaper .

Let me just start by saying the location of the hotel was amazing - I had such high hopes when we got there just by looking at the exterior and all the shops around. The staff was very nice too. But once you get past the lobby and go up the elevators, the place starts to look very sketchy. We had 3 rooms - one on the 12th floor, on the 9th floor, and 8th floor. The hallways are filthy.. the doors to the rooms were gross as well. The carpets in the rooms felt damp and so disgusting. On top of all of this, the Air conditioning wasn’t working in the room on the 8th floor. We complained many times, and the concierge tried to help us, but they said they couldn’t put us in another room since they were fully booked. So that room wasn’t even fully functional for us due to the extreme heat that weekend that we stayed. I never leave reviews for any place, literally NEVER. I just don’t have time for that. But i felt like it was absolutely necessary this time to warn others who want to stay here and care about cleanliness.

Outdated rooms, no air conditioner, beds not comfortable. Not clean. Bathtub is dirty

Decent place to stay, great location courteous staff parking was also good.

Room was great but king size bed has queen size sheets and they kept coming off the bed.

The hotel is very worn and needs a deep clean all around.

The hotel is due for a much needed upgrade. There were cobwebs in the corners and the kitchen floor was sticky. We asked for extra blankets and were told there were none. Great location with many walkable stores, restaurants, and easy access to Fells Point or Inner Harbor.

The location was great for what we were doing. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the breakfast room we’re always so pleasant.

The service was okay, not exceptional. The breakfast buffet was meager, but again the staff was helpfull. The rooms were showing their age, an update will be welcomed. In general was an average stay.

Overall one of our favorite stays on a recent road trip. Close to some nice activities, shopping, and food, not to mention the waterfront. The elevator situation is a little strange, but some of us really enjoyed breakfast. The views to the North were impressive.
