Homewood Suites by Hilton Baltimore

The worst Hotel in Baltimore, the staff was horrible you have a supervisor working with orange hair and on the guest, floors talking about sending nude photos to guys in prison. That's not my business. She talks to the staff like she owns the hotel. This hotel has roaches it's just horrible. I felt so bad for the Hispanic lady she was speaking to. I wish I had her name. I just know she is tall with orange hair. I would never suggest my family and friends to stay there. Everything about this property is horrible.

The website says there's valet parking and even goes as far as to give price breakdowns for self parking vs valet parking. Upon arrival at the hotel we were given very long, convoluted instructions on how to find the parking garage and self park. That was the first disappointment upon arrival. The staff seemed friendly enough but the quick talking lady at the desk brushed over a lot of details that would have been nicer to have heard if it weren't all told within 10 seconds. Allow the guest some time to absorb what you've said. It was pretty clear she was in no mood for customer service. As far as the room goes, I've never dealt with that level of humidity in a hotel room outside of Florida. There's something very much wrong with the AC system in the room that I had. No, I don't remember what room it was. We had to sleep with the windows open. The shower tub combo system in the bathroom is broken. Upon trying to activate the shower head by pulling the plug on the tub faucet, I realized that the water is so hard in Baltimore that there is extensive lime buildup all around and inside the faucet. This made it near impossible to activate the shower head. All in all, this was a memorable trip and will be remembered as one of the surprisingly worst hotel experiences I've had. From the outside, this hotel looks great. From the lobby, this hotel looks great. The neighborhood it's in is great. But the shape of the rooms themselves is mediocre at best, and piss poor worse.

It was a disaster from beginning to end. Not recommended for families with small children

Hotel was pleasant enough but breakfast was not good.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. Paid and reserved a room months in advance, got there and no room available (drove 8 hours to get there) Waited 2 1/2 hrs and was told they did have a suite with 2 rooms, 1 King bed 1 room and 1 room with a couch with bed but would give to me for same price. Went to room and it was disgusting, would not let my dog sleep in it. Went back to front desk the manager apologized and brough me to another room and it was worse then the 1st. Their sister hotel Garden did have a room with two beds, room was better, but hotel itself was dirty and out dated.

Just an average hotel. Furnishings could use updating. We chose it for the location. Walkable to Little Italy, Aquarium and Fells Point. Check-in staff and bell hop were very friendly.

Staff was excellent. Rooms are dated with fixtres thay dont work.

I read lots of reviews before staying here and it was allot better than what I expected! Front desk staff is really amazing with customers service hats off to you guys really. Walking in my suit was very clean and the view of the city was amazing ! Although the ac was a little wacky being able to open the windows made up for it being a little too warm in the room. And the parking reviews are what I was worried about coming form out of state but I found convenient parking in a lot within the next block I payed about 53 for the weekend it’s downtown so be expecting to pay. Overall I’ll give it a 9.5 out of 10 only bc my ac wouldn’t adjust but definitely will stay here again.
