Loved that we were able to get a walk in unit so that my elderly mother in law did not have to climb stairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful

In the last 4+ years that my wife and I have been traveling full time we have stayed at several different Wyndham Resorts, and this is one of the best ones yet. Big size, with lots of room, nice pools, and close to the lake.

I stayed in a 2-bedroom 2 full bath condo with full kitchen, dining & living room, & washer/dryer. It was a 2 story with the master bedroom & bath downstairs. The view out the back was just some trees & other units but there was a grill which we used with a picnic table. There's a balcony off the upper floor which was great for drinking coffee on in the morning or enjoying the evening if there was a breeze. The only negative was the couch was uncomfortable, but with some extra pillows was tolerable. The staff was personable and helpful. You can get free DVD movies & various games to play as a family at the office. There is plenty of things to do in the area both indoors & out with a beautiful lake. I went to a family reunion, Blanchard Springs Cavern & the Ozark Folk Ctr in Mountain View. Also went to Rogers where Walmart began (has a museum) & Bentonville to see the Peel Mansion (built in 1875 & owner was a US Congressman & served in the Civil War). There were many other things to do in the area but only had a week.

Town is nice

One younger staff rude because didn't book through them. Didn't try to change or help us in anyway. Requested rooms together and was 10 minute drive between all 3 of them. Booked 3 rooms and none of them were close together. Pool couldn't take food or drink. Be aware resort is spread apart on very hilly roads if you are with others and pool you have to buy their food and drink.

Close to a lot of the things I needed

Jackie at check in was great she took care of all our needs for all ages in our group. The resort swimming pool was beautiful and the food at the cool pool was really good right on sight.
