Club Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Bay

The rooms were very clean. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms were large. Nice small deck to sit and enjoy your coffee in the morning.

Fairfield Bay is a “community” of homes, condos, and the Wyndham timeshare company. It’s a beautiful area, very quiet, with a few good restaurant options and lots of hiking and water activities. My wife and I hiked Sugarloaf Mountain (500 ft of elevation gain in 1 mile) and we played pickleball at the recreation center. The condo itself has horribly ugly carpet that needs to be replaced. The appliances, mattress, shower/bath area were all great. The entry deck and back deck are brand new, so we could tell that there are ongoing upgrades. We would definitely stay again, and it’s a very budget friendly place.

No hot water and no one told us how close we were to the pool even when I asked about it. Locked us out of our condo even when I knew I was supposed to stop and complete booking. They didnt say they were open until 11 pm on weekends i stead of 8 pm or I would have stopped and completed signing in. So we had to srive 4 crooked miles back to check in and back to room again after. Being locked out. No hot water

We enjoyed the resort and mostly the pools! The cool pool was so much fun and the food at the restaurant at the pool was fantastic!

I love that it was so quiet and the staff were super helpful. There were lots of amenities. Beds were pretty comfortable. Just wish there were less trees blocking views and that there were some easier lake water access points, although the Marina was just a short drive down the hill. We would come back again.

Very clean, beautiful location, friendly courteous staff, excellent unit size, great pools, close to marina and lake access
