The location and area. Just lots of hills the downside

Mold around front door and front door was really hard to shut

Very good stay at the Wyndham in Fair Field Bay Arkansas. Had a great trip. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Condo was well stocked and clean with a great view of the golf course. Has all the grandkids with us and they had a great time as well.

The townhouse style unit we stayed in was very inconvenient. Lugging suitcases and coolers up and down the stairs was terrible. No oven and limited space and cookware made eating in uncomfortable. Also, the temperature difference between the upstairs and the downstairs was extreme. You froze below and sweated above. Not a level spot in the whole resort and the golf course was was poor also.

It was great, everything in one area. Quiet and serene. Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Will visit again.

Nice resort feel with serval options for swimming pools, activities (good mix between included and for a fee). Units were spacious and beds comfortable. Resort staff very helpful and friendly. My family of six enjoyed the stay, we will return.

The only issue I had was it only had local tv stations. No cable or satellite

We stay here every time we come to the lake. We absolutely love how spacious the rooms are and my kids enjoy the cool pool!
