Enjoyed our time with family. Teh condo was well equipped and clean.

Outstanding customer service by Jaime in the local office where we check in. She was extremely helpful in answering my questions as well as providing suggestions for a now rainy holiday weekend. The people working here are one of the main reasons why I continue to come back to FFB as well as rates that are better than Airbnb/VRBO. Highly suggest!

If you are looking for a quiet and not a rush rush evironment than this is it. The golf courses are great the town and staff people are friendly and inviting into their community. My favorite place to go every year.

Excellent place to stay. Not the fanciest, or newest, but everything was clean. We spent a week there enjoying the local hikes, Blanchard Springs Caverns, Ozark Folk Center, and even the local indoor pool which is free through Wyndham. Would consider doing again if we're in the area again.

The entire area was beautiful and relaxing.

We had a great time. From check in to check out, all was exceptional. We will look forward to another visit.

Everyone there was so thoughtful and kind. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond with needs of extra garbage bags etc. Unit was spotless! The view was amazing! Beds and pillows were comfy. Couldn't ask for a more relaxing place to stay!

Noise from the people next door on Thursday night!

I loved the location of this property, away from the town on a golf course. Peace and quite was the order of everyday. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable but lacking in minor maintenance. Pieces of siding had fallen off or were loose and banging against the building in the wind. There was a lot of deadfall from the trees all over the walkways and grassed areas that often impeded walking. As with many older resorts the plug ins were all wired to the room switches so the electronics didn't charge unless the switch was on. The area seems to be in transition going away from hiking trails in favor of ATV trails. There were many miles of ATV trails and I tried walking a couple of them but my presence was not appreciated by the off roaders. The hiking trails were either extremely short or impassible due to fallen trees and thorny bush overgrown. The area has to decide if they want hiking trails, ATV trails or both and develop accordingly as this halfway stuff isn't working. I will definitely keep this resort on my radar for future stops to see if the resort and area maintenance improves.
