Found bed bugs in the room… Cabinets were falling apart, tv had so much static I’d almost prefer it was there, room was very outdated for the amount I spent I’d thought I’d spend $30 a night instead of what I actually spent… very, very disappointed. Only redeeming part of was cleaning staff that came in and changed the trash and made the bed. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Generous 2/10

The staff was excellent and when one of our rooms had no heat they quickly got us another room. If there was anything that below par it was the shower/bathtub and in all fairness they are in the process of remodeling. Overall I would recommend the hotel to my family and freinds.

It was OK but nothing great.

I loved the friendliness and efficiency of the check in attendant. I loved the comfortable bed, the beautiful woodwork in the rooms, the clean room and bathroom. Best sleep I've had in awhile. It was nice and quiet and peaceful.. Highly recommend!

Very clean rooms check in and out was easy and fast we will stay again next time we are up there

Great for our trip to the lake for a ski weekend. Linens were a bit old and stained. Bed was comfortable and AC worked nicely.

Hotel room was filthy and had roaches.

When I got there at 4pm my room was extremely hot the ac was not working good and there was hair in the shower. I booked a 2 queen room but was given 2 full sized beds. Asked for a different room and they refused. I was supposed to stay 4 nights but after the first night and the room not getting cool I asked for a refund for future nights and they didn't want to give me a refund at first. Said "you're lucky you paid with a card". The staff was extremely rude and wouldn't even give me a receipt when I checked out just kept telling me to get out and leave and was cursing me and my sisters out for asking for a recipe and refund for future nights. 10/10 would not recommend this place at all. Was a very trashy hotel.

They lie and say they have a pool but they do NOT have a pool. There is a pool advertised online, photos, and theyll tell you they have one on the phone. When i arrived i asked where the pool was after checking in and they tell me they havent had a pool in years. The staff is very rude as well. The hotel itself is decent and clean.

Overall, my stay was perfectly fine. The hotel itself is old, but it’s clean. If you’re seeking luxury, this hotel is not for you, but if you need a clean comfy room at a great rate then book it. When I got there, the lady at the front desk was nice & helpful. I was a little disappointed at getting a second floor room when I had requested first floor, but it was fine. My only real complaint was parking. The majority of the more convenient parking was occupied by parked boats. It was a little aggravating especially having to trek past the boats just to get to the stairs w/ my bags.
