Checking in was great but , next day was trying. We had only 1 bath towel so I went to ask for another and was told we would receive more. My sister and I were getting ready for her granddaughters wedding, and we didn’t have a towel for each of us. I saw room cleaner and asked for more and she said yes but never came back. We used our hand towels and got ready. When we returned from event there were towels on chair for us.

The hotel rooms stink and the bathrooms were dirty too. I don’t recommend this for a family couple or with kids. We couldn’t stay and checked out 1 day early.

The staff is great! The motel is older and lacks amenities and in dire need of upgrades. The rooms are really dark due to the wood walls all the way around. We enjoyed our stay and the only other thing was a really noisy crowd in the parking lot on our second night.

Borderline dated/kitschy motel that seems to be a Broken Bow icon. The bed was comfortable, the place was super clean, I felt safe in the area, and the price was good. There’s no extra frills or anything, but if you want a clean and comfy place to stay, I would definitely recommend it.

Always friendly and what we expected.

The lady at the front desk was rude.

It was no paper toilet in the room... no don't disturb sign.. tv didn't work... room smell bad... bathroom extractor to much noise...

This is an older older motel in a hunting/fishing resort area. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The management was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. No breakfast, no fancy soaps, shampoos or lotions, no hairdryer, no decaf coffee in room (there is a coffee maker). BUT, we would stay again...we don't need frills, we just need a clean room and comfortable bed. We a had a great stay.
