Old motel. There were dead cockroaches on the floor when we got there. Room wasnt very clean. Smelled musty. We told them the next morning and asked they clean the room. They did and it was better. The next day when they changed the sheets, there was old blood stains on the sheets. They didn't seem to care when we told them about it. We will never stay here again.

Dirty rooms. Rude service at desk. Food left in refrigerator. They charged me full price for a change in reservation that was made with hotels because they have a 7 day change rule.

Rude front desk. Misinformation on reservation policy for changes. Exposed electric wires and electrical box in bathroom behind door right by leaking shower head

Old motel but decent shape. Room was cool. The beds are very comfortable and bedding was clean. Over all pretty decent stay.

Very good place to stay

The location is good and not in the middle of the Hochatown mess. I am from Broken Bow and like staying here when I come in town and easily ride up north if I want to. It's also easy getting out of on Sunday when the traffic is so bad. The owners are always VERY nice.

Older motel but clean and the staff was very friendly. No pool or amenities to speak of but the beds were comfy.
