I arrived fine but as I was closing the blind a live bed bug fell. I picked it up in a tissue. Showed to the clerk at the desk. They acted like it was my fault. They changed my room to a room not similar to what I had with a non working remote control. Im still awake at 1 am. I'm not sure I'll sleep at all. If it werent 6 degrees outside I'd sleep in my car.

"Our stay worked out as a short stay but was not special."

The lobby is beautiful, and the room itself is perfectly sized.

Room temperature was cold and didn’t adjust. The staff member that checked us in was cold and very impersonal.
