Sol Cosmopolitan Rhodes - All inclusive

We had the best time at this hotel! First off the animation team were excellent, such lovely, friendly, and fun people. (Shoutout to Leslie, Milane, Fanny, Felicia, Clara and Alice) Entertainment beside the pool was always so fun, great music, it’s a pity that some people treated the animation team badly- they did not deserve that! There is a quiet pool which is a good option if you would like a chill and quiet afternoon, and the beach is across the road from the hotel which is handy. (With loungers free to use- bonus!) Rooms cleaned daily and the maid was so lovely. The entertainment at night was great, we particularly loved the Funky Legends show as the band were fantastic! Food and drinks were nice, always something for everyone. Only downside is that the fruit juices from the machine were far too sweet and we had to water them down, and the water had a funny taste to it. Overall we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and will definitely return in the future ❤️

This stay was the best experience for our new family since me and wife got married during the stay. Hotel staff and especially the bar staff members Mike and George did more than we could have expected durining our stay and especially during the evening of our celebration to make us happy and comfortable. I booked a massage at the hotel spa as I have been meaning to do so back home for a long time! I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My masseuse was a lovely girl named Iris who gave me an ‘intense’ level which I really needed. She put a lot of focus into my bad back and shoulder I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. Highly recommended and will definitely return if I am back in Rhodes. Ευχαριστώ Ἶρις

Great hotel, not far from the airport and close to Rhodes town. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Everything is very clean, and the rooms were spotless. Food was delicious with lots of variety – the pizza was amazing and the breakfast omelette was the best! The animation team did a brilliant job, and the pool aerobics were fantastic. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay ad we’ll definitely be back!

Holiday was brilliant. Entertainment team great, les is awesome and made the holiday. Hotel spotless, beautiful rooms, meals were lovely, great choices. Pool bar fab, all staff lovely. Beach not great, very pebbly getting into sea so spent majority of the time around the pool.

Unfortunately, our initial room was not what we paid for. We had booked a *Superior Garden View Room* for three people, but what we received was a very small room with a view of stacked pallets and building materials — definitely not what we expected. While the room size was tight for three, the main issue was the misleading "garden view." We even uploaded a photo to TripAdvisor to show the reality, but it was removed, despite clearly showing the view. Would note the sometimes a wait for lifts, with the hotel overall clearly being quite old with effort made to modernise and very clean throughout- cleaning staff very nice. That said, the reception staff were very polite and accommodating. They moved us to a much more suitable room the following day, with a proper view and enough space for three people. The food is okay/fine overall. The pizza and gyros are particularly good. A special shoutout to the male waiter who works in the buffet restaurant area on the immediate right-hand side as you enter — incredibly friendly and always super helpful. Also, the lady (Anmanella?) at the eggs Benedict station in the morning was absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The poolside bar staff were also great — fast, efficient, and always polite when serving drinks and cocktails. I had an incredible massage from Iris — highly recommended and very reasonably priced. Animation Team- Leslie and his animation team were fantastic. Great music playlists (definitely not too loud- in fact perfect volume), fun activities, and a lot of positive energy. Even if you don't take part in the activities, it's still fun to be around them and soak up the atmosphere- and there isn’t a lot of pressure to join in which is great. Although, the aqua aerobics was a personal favourite of my mums. Sunbeds - plenty, no issues finding any in the shade. We took a taxi from just opposite the hotel into Rhodes town for only €10 each way — highly recommended, as the town is absolutely beautiful with plenty to see, eat/drink and explore. (Check reviews before you visit roof top bars there, as some are a scam). While our stay got off to a rocky start, the staff made a genuine effort to resolve the issues, and the overall experience improved significantly. A mixed start but ended on a much more positive note thanks to the team/ staff.

Lovley staff nice rooms food great Entertainment fun room clean. Pool nice and refreshing .hardens very nice great cocktails plenty of pop and bar snacks round pool.great place.

Every time I meet the team at Cosmopolitan, I’m reminded how truly wonderful they are. Agapitos and Roula deserve a very special mention – they are always so kind, warm, and helpful, with the sweetest smiles and the most caring attitude. It’s impossible not to feel uplifted around them. Such genuine people who make every encounter a joy!
