Hotel Daedalus

Amazing hotel! The room was beautiful, grounds were wonderful, and the pool was great! The staff was very helpful with everything around the area!

Property is nice, the staff is helpful. The thing that threw me off was the room:the smallest and tightest I've ever been in. There wasn't enough room to open the full suitcase! It made for a very messy setting. Wouldn't recommend the rooms unless there are different ones. The ones we stayed in were facing the pool.

Excellent customer service, arrived at 8 am and we were able to check in, great location and facilities!

Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Jedoch haben wir leider nicht genau das Zimmer erhalten, welches wir gebucht haben - es war zu klein. Die Zimmer sind recht klein.

Beautiful property and perfect location in thira.

Great location close to the main streets of Fira. Beautiful pool and outdoor area, very relaxing. Double room and bathroom aren’t particularly spacious.

Great pool shuttle service is terrific

This hotel was our cheaper option that we started the holiday in whilst we explored the island. And the best bit about this hotel is the location, it is better value than the hotels with the view, but literally everything is within a really short walking distance. Taxi rank, Bus Station, The Main View with all the cocktail bars in Fira, the Quadbike rental, all of the cheaper restaurants in the square. All of them are within a 2/5 minute walk. There’s a supermarket across the road and the hotel is incredibly easy to find. If I went again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here a second time. The service was amazing and the staff were so so so friendly and helpful and made our stay very relaxing even during COViD. The only thing I would say is that on the website it describes the hotel as a 5* property but at the hotel it says 4*. I would agree that it is more of a 4* property so don’t go expecting 5* luxury. We had a great time exploring the island from this hotel for the first few days before moving to more remote luxury hotels. Would definitely reccomend this as a reasonably priced option.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel in September 20. All the facilities were still available and Covid was well managed. I was pleased that the buffet breakfast was still available, so you had plenty of choice. The cleaning/service team were fantastic and made a real effort when tidying our room. The only downside is the room was not the quietest, but I would still definitely recommend. Very well located for access to Fira, just a 5 minute walk to the main square.
