"Great bar experience"

Modesto Noh, Honorio Zamorano, Porfirio Pablo, were the best bartenders at Palace. We had an amazing experience. From the moment we sat down they were friendly attentive and made the whole experience fun. Their drink recommendations were excellent, and every cocktail was perfectly made. You can tell they truly care about customer service and creating a great atmosphere. They remembered our preferences, checked on us often, and made us feel welcomed the entire time. We willl absolutely come back because of the service alone!!

"Beautiful property"

We went for our 30th wedding anniversary and enjoyed it. It was our 2nd time there. Our room was even further away from the lobby. Seems like they dont keep track of if you are a repeat customer. Grounds are Beautiful food is avg in buffet was like pulling teeth to get reservations for 2 people. And can only have 2 on the first 2 and 1 each of the rest.

"Fantastic"

Our experience was amazing, staff is friendly and professional. The place is very well maintained. Clean rooms and pools. All the food was great but the buffet in the palace was Our favorite. All the waiters were amazing, Concepción Cordova and Belisario Ramirez were our waiters the last night and they made it extra special ☺️

"Barcelo Maya Palace Experience"

I loved this resort, it was beautiful, clean, the beach is great. The service was unreliable at times but the food was very good, especially at the specialty dining restaurants. The hydrotherapy experience at the spa was amazing, however we have not been able to obtain a receipt despite multiple attempts. There is so much to do and so much to see, it's impossible to be bored at this resort. The bus service between the different establishments was very helpful.

"Great experience, definitely recommend"

My family and I had a great time here, the resort is huge and having access to the other locations, made the experience breath taking, definitely recommend for family's, as there is lots to do and the kids club is excellent. They resort is so clean and tidy. Restaurants are a must.

"Barcelo Palace"

We had a Great stay. It’s Probably the cleanest resort we’ve ever been to, and we’ve visited a lot! The pool was beautiful. The gyms are well equipped!
