Service was polite and professional, though it didn’t go above and beyond. Staff were responsive when needed, but there wasn’t much of a personalized or elevated experience that you might expect from a higher-end stay. Amenities and common areas were enjoyable, but again, fairly standard. It’s a solid option if you’re looking for a dependable place to stay, just not one that delivers a memorable or luxury-level experience.

I'm going to start with the bads. Picky 1. My wife likes her chardonnay. Good luck finding it. 2. Trying to get an reservation at one of the restaurants is impossible. Our daughter gave us her reservation for the Italian restaurant in the mall...mediocre. A bottle of chardonnay was $150. No my wife didn't order that. Service wasn't great either. Better at the buffets. 2. The only beer available is dos equis thats my beef. 3.We booked our shuttle through the resort. Mistake they had the reservation all messed up. It didn't matter we showed the reservation we were not on it. It took an hour to straighten that out with barcello. 4. On the return shuttle they determined that we needed to be picked up at 8:30 for a 2: 30. We didn't know this until the day before. They wouldn't let us change the time even though our daughter was going leaving at 10am for the same flight. Don't expect to get customer service here. I ended up booking a private shuttle at a later time. $100 Knowing barcello I will get charged for not showing up for the shuttle even though I couldn't cancel. 5. Witnessing a man being dragged in from the who had a heart attack was a definitely ruin a great day for many. As the people were dragging this man ashore they were yelling for the lifeguard. The lifeguard had left his post. Numerous people were taking turns admistering Cpr. It was evident that the crew was not prepared for such an emergency. It took about 10 minutes to get the aed only to find there were no patches in the kit. 15 minutes still getting cpr as they took him away. Bless his family the father's no longer with us. The rooms were musty. The ac is more like a swamp cooler. All my clothes were damp. Some black mold in the bath room OK let's do some Good! 1. Beaches are awesome. Sitting on the beach under palm trees a slight breeze...Heaven. 2. Snorkeling right off the beach Sea turtles manata rays barracudo etc. I been Snorkeling excursions this is hard to beat. The Snorkeling tours came right outside of the roped off area. Ha! Ha! 3. Great staff at pool side 4. Great pools 5. The staff at the buffets were great 6. The choice of food was overwhelming. Most of it pretty good. 7. Pretty amazing they can serve and feed so many. 8. This is a huge resort you need more than a week to take it all in.

Overall a good resort. Really massive so be prepared to walk a lot! Nice to be able to use the other resorts.For example, the mall or dining areas are on other resorts, but walkableor catch the bus that comes around. Lots of things to do to keep busy between shopping and activities. Food at the buffet is average at best.But again, I understand when you're trying to feed hundreds of people. It was really hard to get dinner reservations. We didn't do it our first night as we flew in a little later. I wanted to get going to enjoy the amenities. The hotel had to offer so we waited the next day when we had more time for that.As there's always a line and we can only get two night for dinner reservations.So it was kind of disappointed in that. The beach is really rocky, so bring some water shoes or crocs! Service was top notch. I would go again knowing what I know now...

Great shopping expérience at the store Piscina Palace. Excellent service from Mrs Laura Gómez who took the time to listen to our needs and offered us many options to meet them. De plus elle a fait l’effort de nous servir en français, notre langue maternelle. Bravo!

Bad bad never again. What a bad time. What a shame to spend that much money and to have a bad time. Room smelled like pee

Family went on a tour (Tulum ruins and swimming in cenote, swimming with turtles) which was an amazing fun experience but all of us wound up sick in our stomachs the next day and had to spend the next day in bed. Property is beautiful but need to wake up at the crack of dawn to "reserve" loungers otherwise won't be able to sit by the pool or beach at all as these are all taken early morning and people keep them all day long even while never even being there. There are signs that say no reserving but the entire resort reserves so after 8 am there are no seats for the rest of the day. Once you learn to grab seats early it's fine, the pool is beautiful and there are fun activitie with an MC pumping everyone up all day long.

we. are here on our first day! this place is filthy. the plates are dirty, the glasses have lipstick on them & at 2:43 am we just got back to our room after being in the club dancing and having a good time, took a shower and got in the bed which was absolutely full of hair and dirt and filth. The most disgusting thing I have ever experienced in any hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. so now we're sitting here waiting for housekeeping to come change the sheets so we can get to sleep and they are nowhere to be found. The plates in the restaurant at Kyoto were absolutely disgustingly dirty. We had to have someone come with hot water and clean them. but ultimately, the worst thing in the world is to get into a bed after a night out, dancing after a hot shower and feel scratchy dirt all over your body, then to get up and then see this filled with hair dirt and filth.
