Quinta Splendida Wellness & Botanical Garden

We checked in after a cancelled flight, the staff at the reception said i had to leave my passport with them as they werent allowed to take photocopies so they should manually enter my details. Said to call back 1hr later, phoned reception & they said to wait til morning. I felt very uneasy being abroad without my passport near me. The following morning i went to collect it from reception & it was just behing the desk in a pigeon hole shelf. Not even locked away in an office. The interior decor is also quite old fashioned, plus plenty of dark wood, wasn't our style for hotels.

The stay was very nice.

Frokost buffé var veldig variert og råvarene var av høy kvalitet.

Vårt rom var plassert i et nokså mørkt hjørne.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms, at the same time - you really don't want to leave a window open overnight because the garden is crawling with cockroaches.

Very green with a nice and peaceful atmosphere. It is realy a perfect place to relax.

Hotel bevindt zich in een Geweldig mooie botanische tuin. Hadden ruim appartement met aparte slaapkamer. Kleine keuken met koelkast. Accomodatie lag op een super lokatie naast het zwembad maar wel veel privacy. Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam personeel.

location was fantastic the gardens are beautiful and very relaxing and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't anything to dislike about this resort

Wonderfull hotel with amazing garden. Nice staff. Clean. Very good breakfast. We were not that impressed with the dinners we had on the hotel, we prefered the other restaruants just outside the hotel instead. Be prepared for many stairs and some steep pathways, as the rest of the island.

Wonderfull garden. Comfortable beds. Very hot water in the shower. Large buffet breakfest.

Doors to terace were not able to lock. Beds are not fixed together for pairs, have a wheels. Parking is quite expensive - 6€ per day.
