Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A convenient choice of menu is also available for guests when booking half board meal option. There is a Dinner with Dine Around Program: taken in any restaurant (thai “Thai Lounge” - à la carte* menu or Mediterranean “Galeria” with buffet or à la carte*) – drinks not included. - *à la carte menus = 3 course menu with the choice between selected menus Please note that when booking Half-Board supplements during Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve and Festa da Flor (Madeira Flower Festival), guests must pay an added fee for a Gala Dinner or Special Dinner. Quinta Splendida Wellness & Botanical Garden will contact guests with further information. For guests booking Double or Twin Rooms, Studios and Apartments, please note that the spa is not included in the room rates and has an extra cost of EUR 35,00 per day. Please also note that guests below 16 years old are not allowed to use the Spa. Please note that the Suite with Spa Access cannot accommodate extra beds. Massages and holistic therapies are available at the Spa center and the indoor heated pool is included in the spa entrance fee during our Spa center opening hours. The outdoor pool water is at ambient temperature. The Spa entrance Fee includes the free use of the Spa facilities : bathrobe, slippers, towels, locker, tea, water, indoor pool, ice fountain, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, sensation shower, relaxation area and fitness room table tennis, outdoor swimming pool, deck chairs and umbrellas. Der Garten mit den alten Bäumen und den Blumen war sehr schön. Das Personal, insbesondere das Reinigungsteam, war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Betten sind i.O. Das Apartment (1022) war recht gross.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr heruntergekommen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ringhörig. Die Beleuchtung mit den Sparleuchten wirkt ungemütlich. Die Qualität des Frühstücks ist minderwertig. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.

struttura molto bella nelle parti comuni, inserita in un parco con magnifico giardino botanico, vista mare, bella piscina, ottima prima colazione

la camera molto ampia e di buon confort ma meritevole di ristrutturazione, il rapporto qualità prezzo non particolarmente vantaggioso, cassaforte e parcheggio a pagamento (non corretto per un 4 stelle), scarne informazioni e poca empatia alla reception

"Toller Garten, schöne Anlage"

Anlage liegt in einer beeindruckenden "botanischen" Gartenlandschaft eingebettet. Die größe der Anlage fällt dadurch gar nicht auf. Bei Spaziergängen durch den großen Garten ist vieles von der Flora und Fauna Madeiras zu entdecken. Frühstück- und Abend- Buffet ist umfangreich, ausreichend und werden mit Produkten aus dem eigenen Gemüsegarten versorgt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der sonst perfekte Aufenthalt wurde in unserer Suite mit Meerblick, für uns, durch einen in den Nachtstunden regelmäßig bellenden Hund gestört. Auch die zwischen Meer und Anlage vorbeiführende Straße hatten wir so nicht am "Radar".

"Studio économique "

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter Madère. Cadre agréable et petits déjeuners variés, personnel aimable et parlant plusieurs langues. A savoir, le studio économique est au dessus des bureaux et donne sur les cuisines du restaurant et le parking. Le studio en lui-même est très bien,spacieux et confortable.Faites votre choix en toute connaissance.

"Prima appartement in een prachtige botanische tuin met fantastisch uitzicht en heerlijk zwembad!"

Fantastische locatie, prachtig uitzicht en prachtige tuin, snel op de snelweg. Mooi zwembad met voldoende ligbedjes en parasols. Fijn om bij het zwembad lunch en drankjes te kunnen krijgen. Ontbijt is prima, voldoende keuze. Optie om daar a la carte te eten of buffet was ook prettig en lekker.

Keuken had iets meer voorzieningen mogen hebben, zoals snijplank, opscheplepel, waterkoker etc. Daarnaast ook jammer dat je ondanks een vrij hoge kamerprijs toch nog apart voor het parkeren moet betalen.

"Superbe hôtel avec jardin botanique à 10 min de Funchal"

Superbe hôtel avec magnifique jardin botanique, surplombant la baie au loin, végétation luxuriante...Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Situé dans le village de Caniço qui comporte pas mal d'options de restauration locale...

Le spa est payant (25€/jour) et inclut la gym, c'est-à-dire que pour accéder à la salle de fitness et aux équipements du spa (sauna...), il faut payer pour chaque jour...et de surcroît, le spa n'ouvre que de 10h à 19h!!! Un peu exagéré et totalement anachronique!
