Good srea- people were nice

No garbage cans, filthy carpet, stained mattress and cushions on pull out sofa, bedroom door would not shut because it hit the bed,

Facility could use some repairs but it was clean and the staff were very friendly.

I absolutely love my stay here in the king studio. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was the most seasoned and savory breakfast that I've ever eaten at a hotel, very delicious. I love the 12 o'clock check out time, it was the biggest selling point for me. I got to eat breakfast then slept a few hours more without feeling rushed.

Let hot water heat up forever, but still it barely got warm at all. Staff was very nice. Suite was spacious.

The lobby was nice. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice. The size of the suite was nice. The beds are comfy.

The rooms need a huge refresh! They are out dated, lots of damaged furniture, stains, old. Damp carpet. The rooms look very used.

This was my second time to stay. I like the room accommodations but it desperately needs an update. Room doors are heavy and hard to open and close. Furniture is kind of outdated. We never could figure out when the pool was open or closed. They were having issues with it. The side door which was close to our room didn't work with our key card and we had to walk around to the front of the hotel to get in several times. The room was clean, the staff was great and the food was good. I would probably stay again. What issues they were dealing with on this trip will probably be fixed by my next trip. The main issue is that it is just an old hotel that needs an update. They did have signs on the table in the lobby that an update was coming.
