Room had bedbugs and I am unable to get any response from Corporate, the Hotel Management, Credit card company or Hotels.com

Great place for an overnight stay while traveling.

Overall, i love staying here. Nice, quiet hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The beds and pillows are some of the best that I've ever slept in! My only gripe is that all of the wooden furniture is broken. Also my door wouldn't lock consistently. I had to open close my door several times in order to get my door to engage. Besides that, i would stay ther again.

I booked 3 reservations for a family wedding. ALL reservations were modified and anything I asked I was told “you booked through a third party so I can’t help you!” ALL 4 rooms(4 due to 1st room having mold and exposed electrical outlets) were filthy, broken furniture, broken appliances, found condom wrapper on the bed, employee let himself in room claiming he thought it was a storage closet (thank God my ex husband was in the room with my non verbal special needs son) and the list goes on! We were promised a refund for one room and extra points for the others.. haven’t received anything yet(I have been home for a week). I have many more pictures, review only holds 4.

My only complaint would be breakfast. It was excellent the first time I visited this hotel. This go round I could’ve went to McDonald’s or Chick-fil-A and had a better breakfast. It was very mediocre. Also, for some reason I was put in a handicap accessible room, which I did not book so instead of having plenty of room I felt very cramped except for in the bathroom.
