Where do I begin? First off, this was our first time ever staying at this hotel or this named hotel period. Everything was so good! My husband and I have nothing bad to say at all! Everyone of the staff was friendly and greeted us anytime we went to or past the desk. We got one of the king rooms and it met our expectations plus some! We seriously did not want to leave! If we could’ve stayed forever or atleast one more day we would have! We will DEFINITELY be visiting and staying again as much as we are blessed to be able to. Oh and don’t let me forget to mention the most comfortable bed, I have been searching for the same mattress to replace ours that hurts my back haha. Oh and the a/c was TOP TIER! I HAVE to be cold when I sleep and it was kicking it even with how hot it’s been! Needless to say my husband and I will be staying again and I will recommend this hotel to any and everyone!

I think the only thing I’d have something negative to say is the pool was a little underwhelming. I definitely think if they do any renovations, a renovated pool would be a good idea. But my hisband and I still swam and enjoyed our time! :)

Floor dirty, bathroom door not closing , guests smoking weed

Start with the good. Great breakfast, size and space of room. Bad, dirty towels left in bathroom, janky toilet seat, carpet damp, updates but done very shoddy work.

Tv did not work in either one of the rooms I booked. Hotel shower didn’t go down.

This place meeds to be shut down

I specifically chose Marriot looking for a higher end hotel as a solo, senior traveler driving from Atlanta to Dallas. The room had a musty odor with the AC set on 64 degrees to try to mask it. I should have turned around at that point. The tv kept cutting off. My first floor room overlooked a business with security lights so bright it prevented the bedroom from getting dark. There was a loud motor noise I thought was coming from the business next door. It turned out to be the AC compressor in a closet in the bedroom. The room phone did not work so at 1am I walked down to the reception desk to see what they can do for me and was told the place was sold out. Nothing they could do. No point in trying to sleep so I decided to check out and asked for a refund. I’m appalled they would rent such an awful room.

Front Desk agent was great, overall property cleanliness was marginal

Perfect size for 3 of us

Not good for walking and my room was located on top of a very noisy piece of machinery difficult to sleep
