Aria Lito Mansion

We absolutely loved staying there ! The staff was excellent and very helpful! The location is amazing right at the heart of the city!

Great location, right by the tall church in the middle of Fira. access to the road, to the path and minutes from all restaurants and all.The Staff were amazing, Stacy and her team took care of us and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our vacation. they were personable and professional. Our room was beautiful, this is an old office building with high ceiling rooms, beautiful rooms but also clean and renovated beautifully keeping the original features. Would go back to this place again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Aria Lito Mansion. The staff was friendly and so helpful! Also, the location in Fira was amazing. We walked everywhere and were close the the bus stop when we wanted to ride to the beach or other locations! The rooms were clean and very unique. I highly recommend this location and if I return to Santorini I will stay here again.

Service is amazing. We had to leave at 5:30am for the ferry port and Stacy at the front desk offered and arranged to deliver breakfast to our room at 5am. Extremely friendly and helpful staff especially Stacy and Gregory, the best I have ever come across. Hotel is clean, very comfortable and very well-located, right in the heart of Fira where all the shops are.

Liked: Our room had a 16-foot ceiling, and the Mansion's common area is furnished with interesting antiques. It's located in the heart of the Thera shopping district. Didn't like: The main walking entrance to the hotel is an opening in the wall of a clothing (?) store in a tunnel along a narrow shopping pathway. There's a rope across the top of a wide staircase down to the terrace where the old house sits. There is no hotel sign, and you can't really see the reception area from the tunnel. when we arrived from the port, our transfer car (which was taking our friends on to another hotel) parked illegally on a road several levels below, and hastily dropped us and our suitcases at the bottom of some unmarked stairs off of a restricted parking area. We climbed those stairs but couldn't find an office, so went up more stairs to the pool level. Finally we found the main door to the building way around a corner -- and then there was no-one at the desk to check us in for a while. (We later learned there was a little elevator to bring luggage up and down from that lower street level.) Bottom line, the hotel is hard to find; we were never able to tell our friends how to meet us there.

Positives: beautiful building, nice interior of the suite with very high ceiling and fresco, close to everything in Fira, Room to improve: beds not very comfy, breakfast was very basic, some staff members very friendly, others not so. Note that sea views are not to the sunset side but to the other side of the island.

Lovely Hotel, oasis of calm

The mansion is just gorgeous. We loved the colors and when the sun was shining it was like a little peace of heaven. The mansion is out of the way of the noise, but so close to the main roads. Very convenient location. The workers were so friendly and professional. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We loved it here! Clean and comfortable, amazing breakfast, lovely staff, and in a quiet yet perfect location.
