Aria Lito Mansion

This property is like a haven in the middle of busy Fira. It was lovely to have the quiet, relaxing pool area to go to after spending some time in the city. Friendly staff and AMAZING breakfast. My only complaint would be that the shower wasn't up to standards.

I am so glad I chose this property. Right in the center of Fira. On the main road makes it easy for drop off and pick up. Easy for the luggage. The grounds are lovely. Pool is great with nice large tree for shade. Rooms are nice. Mine had a small kitchen. Best of all was the breakfast. Variety of food served on a tray. It changes each day. I looked forward to it everyday of my stay. This place is a gem.

A unique hotel, very spacious rooms in a fantastic location - right in the middle of Fira, but offset just enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. Also just a few feet from the main road so easy to catch the airport transfer or for any tour pick-ups. Lovely environs, with shady trees and a garden where breakfast was served. The breakfast was good but excessive, vast amounts of food were delivered to each table - more than anyone could eat - and it was difficult to customize. I would prefer to request from the available items what I'd like to have served instead of seeing all of that food wasted. Overall a lovely stay, happy to have the chance to see Santorini and I definitely preferred Fira to Oia, which was too crowded to enjoy.

We’ve booked this room via Hotels.com. Sadly, having read a review from a guest 10 months ago, we had to agree with their views of the Junior suite room. 1. The room advertised was not the same room showed at Hotels.com. It’s completely separate from the main building, with car rental below, overlooking a noisy Main Street and a 5cm strip of a distant sea view. We felt miss sold, as were paying a standard rate for rooms in the main building, with premium views. 2. Sadly after 10 months when first reviewer mentioned this, we were also presented with old blood stained towels, that were not replaced during our stay (2nights), only rug was taken away and not replaced. 3. We’d have thought given a 4 stars, we’d be presented a complimentary water on arrival free of charge, however water was 3 Euros, 4. It seemed the only choice in room, a decaf expresso, was half an expresso cup, to save money. The good bits are all the outside of Aria Lito rooms, a smaller pool, a pine tree, a good breakfast in a nice orangery and an option to leave your luggages onsite. We communicated with staff accordingly prior arrival and were advised the only way to get to Aria Lito was a 40Euro taxi, which we declined. There’s buses going from the harbour to Thira, and the hotel Is 8 mins easy. If you end up booking Aria Lito, please call in advance to assure you won’t be getting the Junior suite rooms !!

Very convenient spot for exploring the island. The hotel building itself is beautiful and you can walk up some steps from the hotel right onto the old paths through Fira city and up to Imerovigli. The view of the sea on one side is great though not uninterrupted if that’s what you are looking for, and it was pretty windy from that side. Our room was really nice. - very comfortable hugs clean bed, and the shower was amazing. There were a few things broken in the room which didn’t matter but slightly detracted from the luxury (curtain falling off on one end and the toilet seat was totally loose). Car hire place just outside the hotel was great and lots of cheap eat options on the main drag. Defo recommend for a short comfortable stay on Santorini.

Great clean hotel! Not close to anything but charming

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious! The staff was very helpful. We look forward to come back in the future.

The location was excellent for access to Old Fira. The condition of the grounds was lacking. The pool area was not comfortable. Our room was clean and comfortable but not spacious. It’s a nice place for a short stay and easy access to village. But not a place to linger.

We stayed just one night on our way to a less Disney-fied island. The hotel was very accessible and easy to find and drive up to. And right on the edge of the old town. The room was fresh and confortable even though it was so hot outside. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The pool was nothing to write home about. And the staff was very helpful though sometimes hard to find.

Great location, clean and easily accessed from the main road. overall nice hotel. Breakfast was not vegan-friendly, so our family had nothing to eat unfortunately and the receptionist had a bit of an attitude.
