Delighted to have a fan in the room was given 405 and it was a nice location for a solo traveller.

405 door closed but I couldn't turn the lock, hairs around the bathroom floor and back of toilet, cold water pressure very low and hot water scalding hot leading to very hot shower and difficult to regulate water temp. On a hot day that's not good!

This is a very nice hotel, which i used before some years ago. The rooms are nice and the hotel in general has a relatively up-market feel. Parking is good (don't forget you have your ticket endorsed at reception before you leave). Location is great for public transport into Dublin.

It was unusually hot weather when we stayed, and in the absence of air conditioning, the room relies on ventilation to keep cool. Unfortunately access to the balconies has been stopped, and the balcony door permanently locked. This also has the effect of reducing ventilation other than by a very small restricted window, which made little difference. One side of the hotel catches a lot of sun so it was very uncomfortable and spoiled the stay a bit. Maybe the door could have a restrictor to let it partly open, or supply fans? We had to wedge the room door open to let air through. Great hotel but i wouldn't stay again in very hot weather unfortunately.

We had the pleasure of celebrating my daughters wedding here on the 20th of May. From the outset the help and support we had from Majella with the arrangements, accommodation and finer details was invaluable in making the whole experience such a joy! The rest of the staff too were so pleasant and accommodating through the day and night. A particular mention to Mags - a little dynamo - who helped in so many ways throughout the day. All our wedding guests commented on the wonderful day we had. THANK YOU ALL
