The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and had a lot of choice. The beds were comfy and the room was quiet. It was nice and close to the tram line for easy access into the city centre.

I found the tip of a sewing needle on the bathroom floor, this had been missed when cleaning. We didn't actually visit the pool, the availability wasn't that great.

Rooms were very clean & comfortable. Location was convenient for shopping and close to the Luas line into the city and major hospitals for appointments.

Swimming pool was a little rundown. Could do with some investment.
