It was conveniently close to event I was attending. The onsite parking was also convenient. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The bar staff were incredibly ignorant and rude . Tried to charge me twice for the one beer I ordered, after it finally arrived. I’d asked 3 times where it was. No cutlery was provided for our meal so I had to take some from another table. The member of staff and his disgusting innuendo towards my travelling companion in the elevator, and his colleague who failed to acknowledge the inappropriate nature of his comments. Breakfast not available before our departure time..
