Small snag at checkin. Desired room not available at 3pm. Wait time not know. Had to settle for a another from,, not king bed. Could not wait a unknown period of time.

Staff was nice and snacks/drinks was great

Please change your mattresses! They are too hard. Me, and my husband and mother in law did not get any rest because of your poor quality beds. I will never book this location because of the beds. Also, your shower curtains were torn and worm.
