The woman at the front desk was nice.

I paid to stay at a nice hotel or at least I thought while I was getting in late and needed to leave at 4am the next morning. I just wanted a bed and a shower. The shower didn’t work. I feel that I should be reimbursed for this stay.

It is in a great location close to the main streets and across from alot stores and restaurants. I liked the fruit water in the lobby.

I didn't have any sheets on my bed . The floor was dirty .didn't have the extra things I asked for in the room when I got there. Sodabed did not have a mattress on it or sheets. No extra blankets or sheets for that. Wasn't told about the fee for parking. Pool was closed

Great location and friendly staff

Trouble checking in because of problems with card being accepted. Apparently there was a problem at the site not with the card. In spite of that , staff worked very hard to correct the problem and did it with great attitude. Really appreciated their effort.

The room was dirty. No tissues. We wiped the shower done with a Clorox wipe and it was black. Dirt on the comforter. Hairdryer didn’t work, tile floor had hair on it

I loved the location of the hotel. I didn’t have to go too far, everything was in the vicinity. I also enjoyed the friendly staff. I slept comfortably and it was clean. What more could a person ask for? 😊
