Nice view and friendly staff

AC was loud and didn’t work right, Black mold in the bathroom, Dead spiders and roaches in bathroom, Hair and dirt under bathroom sink area, Lack of receptacles, Totally broken window (big hole in glass), Cannot enjoy TV because of constant freeze frame lasting up to 5 minutes, Lumpy bed ands frame stuck out so far that my leg got bashed several times and I still have lots of bruising over a week later.

I will never again stay at this hotel We were evacuated in the middle of the night due to CARBON MONIXIDE poisoning! No apology. No other accommodations provided. And no refund.

Toilets wouldnt flush, shower knobs keep spinning, not much of a complimentary breakfast.

Convenient location

It was absolutely dirty and disgusting. There were dead roaches in the bathroom. Beds were full of bugs. Had to sleep with full clothes on and use own blankets that had to be washed immediately after leaving. Staff wasn’t rude didn’t see much staff.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I was scammed. They said I stole all the bedding and charged me $150

They scammed me and said I stole the bedding when I did not

The room was very clean. The shower was a bit wonky. The water went from very hot to burning hot. There was no medium hot.

Breakfast was short on selection.

I thought that I was dealing with the hotel directly. That is my preference

We LOVED our room! The bedroom separated from the lounging area. Very roomy throughout. Comfy beds and not hardly any noise bleed through from adjoining rooms. Staff was great from check in until check out. Always available and friendly. We didn’t experience any concerning problems during our stay and would book here again!
