Plaza Mexicana Margarita's Hotel

Good hotel, good location except they charged us more than the rest checking in at the same time than us. We prepaid one night since February and prices went down by june so they still charged the second night as the first one...

Buena ubicación, atención por parte del personal, eficiente y amable, instalaciones adecuadas y funcionales, salvo que no cuentan con aire acondicionado o ventilador de techo, regularmente es un clima templado en verano, pero para esos días en extremo calurosos, se agradecería es ventilador o aire. Pero definitivamente me volvería a hospedar y lo recomiendo

Muy bueno el desayuno, el internet falló, pero creo que es por la naturaleza del lugar. No hay estacionamiento, aunque el área es muy tranquila. El personal muy amable.

Para bañarse hay que avisar para que prendan el calentador y esperar un tiempo. No nos avisaron que no se debe poner el seguro de la habitación cuando sales ya que se queda atorada la puerta. Los costos de los tours son caros respecto a otros proveedores. La mesera y el velador mala actitud.

Excelente servicio y comida en el restaurante del hotel, pero mal servicio por parte de recepción. Nosotros reservamos en el Hotel Plaza Magaritas y llegando allá nos dimos cuenta que hay un segundo hotel de ellos mismos llamado Casa Maragaritas, mismo en el que nos habían considerado para nuestra estancia porque el primero ya esta lleno. Esta bien el hotel, pero no es el de las fotos. Al siguiente día ya nos querían regresar al primer hotel porque necesitaban acomodar a un grupo que visitantes por lo que obviamente no accedimos a éste cambio. P.D. Si necesitas factura, no reserves por este medio, mejor llama directamente al hotel ya que expedia no factura en México.

Everything was good except for tours. We paid $35 each for a tour of some rock formations 20 minutes away from town for 5 hrs and hiking that we were not told of and my husband cannot do that. I hiked while he stayed behind. Plus every area we went into cost us $4 more

We enjoyed our stay - it was great to be met from the station, and the hotel was clean, and comfortable, spacious, and centrally located. The rooms are arranged round a courtyard, with rocking chairs downstairs and benches on the upper level. Great for catching a few rays. There were also small tables and a fountain in the courtyard with looked great lit up at night. We arranged trips to Batopilas, and Recowata hot springs through the hotel. Considering the first was arranged the night before, and the second on the morning of departure, everything was remarkably hassle-free. Would recommend.

Desde que llegue en el tren CHEPE, ya estaba una camioneta a recogernos, cargaron las maletas, nos recomendaron el tour que tienen disponible en el hotel, gran ambiente de otras familias que conocimos ahi, Creel espectacular. La cena y el desayuno gratis que ofrecen super casero, sabroso, suficiente. En fin no dudaría en volver a esta ciudad y quedarme en este mismo hotel

The good...friendly staff except the manager whose forgotten how to smile, good heater, lots of hot water and fluffy towels. The bad...slow wifi, breakfast, unheated lobby area and no drinking water in the room.
