Very clean place the people at the front desk very nice

I stayed at this hotel because we had a tornado go through our town and this hotel was cheaper. My father had stayed there a month earlier and his room was nice. We had checked into a mobility room online, not realizing it was one. Which was fine because we could still use everything. But it could have been cleaner. I felt like the bathroom needed more cleaning. The toilet paper wasn't even full or new rolls. The bed itself had clean sheets though they were obviously not new or the greatest condition. The side table had stickiness to it like a sticker got left behind and not wiped after. The curtains looked like it had possible mold. We tried opening the window, but had no success so not sure if it could even open. Was nice to have air conditioning even if it smelled. The free wifi was nice. It was a okay enough stay to just stay the night and be gone the next day.

I booked a stay here specifically because it stated there was not only a pool but also a small water park. The staff was okay for the most part. When we checked in i asked about the pool as i over heard the front desk attendant on the phone say something about the pool but i didnt hear everything they said about it. When i asked they told me where the pool was....not what time it opened or THAT IT'S $20 PER PERSON. The phone in our room did not work, the toilet in our room stopped working the second night after 2 uses, went to let front desk know and they told me they could move me to a different room at 1 in the morning. Other wise i would have to use the bathroom all the way at the opposite end of the hotel from my room till 7 in the morning when maintenance got back. Overall i packed up and hit the road at 2 am so i could get back home to my own WORKING bathroom. Would have asked for a refund but in the end i felt it wasnt worth the argument

Light inside door didn't work. Microwave and refrigerator didn't work. Soap dispenser in the shower was empty.

We needed a last minute hotel and this one was right on our way. You could tell they were training someone new at the desk, which was fine.

I called earlier in the week to arrange for an early check in. I was told "no problem". When we arrived, we were told the room wasn't ready and they could put us in a smaller room that was. I accepted that but wanted a refund of the difference because my original room was more expensive. I have talked to three different people and have received nothing but a run around. I feel as though if they keep passing me off to different people I will finally give up. If a person isn't qualified or trained to make adjustments in payment, they shouldn't be running the front desk!

I had a great time and so did my family everyone was very nice and the swimming park was awesome
