"I will never recommend this place to friends and family."

As soon as we walked into our room and sat on the sofa fleas immediately began to jump on me and my children. After calming my kids down I was finally able to go downstairs and explain the situation. They were able to give us a different room on a different floor. Thanks god this room did not have the issue our last one had but the water to shower did not warm up at all leaving us with no choice but to take a cold bath. The ac in the room was not working properly as well.

"No hot water for bathing "

Needed to shower myself and 2 children and the water never got even warm. Horrible. Also waited over 15 mins for a waffle… there was a baseball tournament in town so a lot of people staying there and if you are going to have that many people you need more than 1 waffle maker.

No hot water the whole time we were there. Only very, very vague lukewarm. Absolutely terrible for showers and bath. Other than that, everything was good
