The front desk accommodating when there were problems with the room.

The property needs a deep cleaning. As soon as you walk in the building there is a musk smell and also in the rooms. There were roaches and water bugs in each room that we tried, and mildew on the sofa in the room. The room was not cleaned at all. Hair was on the floor and in the tub. Crumbs were found on the each sofa bed that we checked. The curtains were mildewed also in each room we tried. The breakfast was bland. Sausages looked like they were just heated in a microwave for 2 minutes. The waffles and syrup had a weird taste too. I believe the machines need to be cleaned.

Here for business. Nice enough hotel but needs upgrading. Pretty clean and staff was accommodating. Not many choices in Ennis.
